CANCELLATION POLICY

For Cancellation of Hall Booking/Exhibition Space Booking.

1. The cancellation of Hall booking/exhibition space booking by the Organizer(s), and the refund of booking amount upon such cancellation shall be regulated by the Cancellation Policy in the License Terms & Conditions/Venue Booking Form signed by the Organizer(s).
2. HITEX shall reserve the right to cancel the booking due to Force Majeure or on the grounds of non-compliance of payment terms/payment schedule/breach by the Organiser in the performance and observance of any of the covenants, terms and conditions contained in the License Terms & Conditions/Venue Booking Form. The refund of booking amount upon such cancellation shall be regulated by the Cancellation Policy in the License Terms & Conditions/Venue Booking Form.
3. HITEX shall reserve the right to change the halls in the event of unforeseen & unavoidable circumstances.

Cancellation in the case of ticketed events.

1. Tickets of any ticketed event once booked cannot be exchanged or cancelled. The ticket buyer(s) shall not be entitled to any refund for non-utilization of the tickets.
2. HITEX shall have right to cancel any event for any reason without any notice. Upon such cancellation, the ticket amount excluding transaction and convenience charges shall be refunded within 7 (Seven) business days from the date of cancellation of event.

Cancellation in the case Own events of HITEX.

1. The cancellation of stall bookings in the own events of HITEX and the refund of booking amount if any shall be regulated by the Cancellation policy in the Stall booking form signed by the exhibitor.
2. HITEX shall reserve the right to change the dates of its own events halls in the event of unforeseen & unavoidable circumstances.
3. HITEX reserves the right to cancel the stall booking due to force majeure or non-compliance of payment terms or other terms in the Stall booking Form signed by the Exhibitor. The refund of stall booking amount upon such cancellation shall be regulated by the Cancellation Policy in the Stall booking form signed by the Exhibitor.
